If you make a mistake in your order and need to make adjustments after you pay for your products (like cancelling one item or selecting a shipping choice instead of free shipping — subject to qualifying for that discount — there is a 4% fee deducted from the refund. For instance, if you order $150 worth of product and are eligible for free shipping but make the mistake of selecting a mode of shipping that includes a cost, we will refund you the shipping fee minus 4%. If you purchase the wrong items and need to cancel your entire order, we will refund your order minus 4%. This fee is tied to merchant fees we pay on each order, regardless of your request for some form of refund.
