Rudy Nickerson is the co-owner of D&R Marine. In the early 1970s, Rudy started working at O'day in the mold shop. Later, while working in the stock room, he instituted a part numbering system (inventory control) and made his way up to supervisor. Rudy was Material Manager at O'day at the time of the company's closing in 1989.
